Generations Church is an elder-led, deacon-served, covenant-membership church.
Elders
Our church is led by a group of men called elders, which is the Biblical term to describe pastors, shepherds, and overseers (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, 1 Peter 5:1-5). These men are appointed by the membership to teach, provide pastoral care, equip members for ministry, and oversee the work of the church.
Staff Elders/Pastors

Deacons
Our church is served by a group of individuals called deacons, which are appointed by the membership to meet physical needs, organize acts of service, preserve unity, and support the work of the elders (Acts 6:1-7, 1 Timothy 3:8-13)

COVENANT MEMBERSHIP
Our church is made up of members who covenant (promise) to live out the values of our church and actively participate in the community of faith. This commitment is essential to maintaining the strength and health of the church body. As members, we covenant together according to the following statements:
- We will strive to remain united in the Spirit.
- We will love, encourage, counsel and admonish one another.
- We will rejoice with each other and bear one another’s burdens and sorrows.
- We will bear spiritual fruit, uphold high standards for personal holiness, and oppose conduct that would compromise our Christian witness.
- We will seek to win others to Christ Jesus.
- We will bring up those under our care in the training and instruction of the Lord.
- We will pray continually and earnestly for others and ourselves.
- We will assemble faithfully for worship and fellowship.
- We will contribute cheerfully and regularly to the support of the ministry and to missions.
- We will, when we move from this place, unite with another church where we can continue in the spirit of this covenant.
